Step 1
Register an account. We will need to collect some basic information about you, your name, address, city, and phone number, and to contact you incase of information which you will need to be provided a good service. We will never sell or give this information to a third-party. The organization which holds the events and or the administrators of that event which you have bought tickets to will be granted access to the same information for a period as long as it is required for accounting purposes etc.
Step 2
Order ticket and confirm payment. Choose the events you want to attend from the list of upcomming events, if there are available seats you will be sent to checkout where you will be given the payment details. Currently we only support payment through norwegian banks with the KID system, you will be emailed an invoice which you will need to pay online, at your local bank or postoffice. Please allow up to four days for the payment to be processed in our systems.
Step 3
Choose seat from seatmap. Once your payment is processed and registered in our bankaccount, may take several days, you can relogin and you will be granted access to register a seat in the seatmap.
